If you are planning to use their one day shipping service, be sure to submit your package before 11AM otherwise your package will be sent the next day. If that happen, it will take one extra day for your package to arrive. The service are quick and there are seatings for queueing. This is just my opinion, but all JNE offices I have ever visited have unfriendly workers.

I went here twice but none of those experiences satisfied me. The service was quite alright, but the employees were so ignorant and being unpleasant. Just add a bit smile and hospitable manner, perhaps I would give it a 5 star.
